Custom made BBC type passive monitor controller

Besides the standard features monitor switching, dim, mute, and phase reverse this controller also allows to
listen to the left or right channel of a stereo signal alone, either on one speaker or on both.
A real mono facility - listening to both channels of a stereo signal on a single speaker - is also provided.
